How much does ChiroLoop cost?
Our program is $69 per month, and everything is included. There is no set-up fee, and there is a 30 day money back guarantee, so there is no risk to try ChiroLoop. There is no extra charge for support, and your price is locked in for as long as you continue your account.
What am I actually paying for?
You will have unlimited access to web professionals who are at your beck and call regarding the design and function of your site. You won't be billed for anything other than your monthly fee.
We take care of hosting, domain name renewals, and all of the administrative tasks such as website caching, inclusion in a content distribution network (CDN), security software, regular virus scanning, regular back-ups, uptime monitoring, updates, security patches, disaster recovery, etc.
You can focus on your message, and sleep well at night knowing your site is being run by web professionals who are up to date with the latest in security, design and performance.
Can I change the look and feel of my site?
Absolutely. You will start by picking from the available demos, but that is just so we don't start with a blank page. Once live, we can start making the changes you request.
Are email/autoresponder features included?
We integrate with Mailchimp. It is fatanstic software, it's easy to use, and it's free. If you are currently using a different program such as Aweber, we can integrate that for you.
What if I want to leave?
Your ChiroLoop site consists of your content and your domain, which will always belong to you. We can export your site content to a file that you can then import to a new WordPress environment, and we can move your domain name to your own account.
Do you offer support?
It's much more than tech support. When you have a ChiroLoop site, it's like having an extra employee who does everything web. You just tell us what you're trying to do, and we'll go to work on it.
Is there telephone support?
We do not offer telephone support. In our experience, the written record created by a text-based ticketing system solves problems efficiently and effectively, and archives those solutions for future reference in a way that telephone conversations cannot.
That being said, if you absolutely want someone to call you, we can make that happen.
How do I migrate from an existing site or host?
Migrating from your existing WordPress site may be as simple as an export/import process into ChiroLoop. On the other hand, if you run a larger, more customized site, you may need a little more help, so play it safe and contact support for our review and advice.
Do I need a domain name right away?
No, it’s totally up to you when you move your ChiroLoop site onto your own domain. When you start with ChiroLoop, you’re given a "preview site" where you can customize your site and get a feel for the entire service. Then, when you’re ready, we can deploy your site live on your own domain.
What if I already have a domain name?
That's great. You don't even need to transfer it to us. We can give you instructions on how to point your domain name at your new hosting, and whenever someone goes to your domain name, it will show your ChiroLoop site.
What is the process for getting started?
Once you complete the order form, you'll get a welcome email with a link to another form. That form includes the basic information for your website, such as the name of the clinic, the phone number, office hours, etc. It only take a couple of minutes to fill out, and then you hit the submit button at the bottom of the form.
About 24 hours later you'll get another email letting you know that your "preview site" is up. The preview site is a real website, but it's on one of our domains, and hidden from the search engines. This allows you to begin customizing your site before anybody sees it.
There are a couple of introductory videos explaining what to do on the preview site, and you'll work with support to get everything finalized. We've seen people take their sites live in as little as 2 days.
Do you guys do search engine optimization (SEO)?
The sites are designed using SEO best practices, so the search engines will have no problem crawling and indexing your pages. As far as additional packages where we do citation building, link building, press releases, etc., no we do not.
Here's why: When it comes to paid SEO, your results should be based on ranking. If someone says they will improve your rank, and they don't, you should find someone else.
But, you should not have to get a new website to do it. Your paid SEO and your website are not tied at the hip. We have clients that have been with us for years, and in that time they have gone through 3-4 different SEO outfits. Fortunately, they did not have to get 4 different websites.
We are able to give your SEO firm all of the access they need to do anything they want. We even set them up with ChiroLoop accounts so they can contact support directly if they need to, and you don't have to be in the middle.
Furthermore, we can recommend SEO companies that our clients have worked with in the past, who we trust to do an excellent job.
